Executive Coaching

We continuously strive to provide our Executive Leaders with the resources and enablers that will support in unlocking their full potential, and that will enable the development of leadership capabilities required to achieve DCT’s strategic objectives. We believe in the importance of coaching, and therefore we provide executive coaching opportunities to our Leaders at DCT in order to enable them to build strong and meaningful one-on-one partnerships with certified, professional coaches with the aim of developing specific leadership behaviours and addressing development challenges to benefit the individual, personally and professionally, and their organisation.

Our 12 month programme ensures that Leaders select the Executive Coach that is most suitable to their developmental needs, and work with Executive Coaches in order to communicate and jointly agree on objectives and action plans. The coaching process is built on mutual respect, trust, and willingness and openness to share information and have dialogues that truly shift behaviours and leadership capabilities.
