To help us answer your enquiry please have the following information available:

Only invited suppliers will be able to submit the bids online.
Any clarification requests or questions must be sent through the secure messaging feature. All tender questions will be consolidated and sent to all bidders simultaneously.
When submitting bids please follow the instructions in the documents provided, ensure that all requested information is in the required format and that your bid complies with our requirements.
Ensure that your bid is submitted before the bid closing date and time.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, substitute, or cancel the bid at any time without disclosing any reasons.
All materials available on this site are protected by copyright law and remain the property of The Department of Culture & Tourism. Apart from the intended use of materials on this site, as permitted under copyright legislation, no part may be reproduced or re-used for any commercial purposes without our written permission.
