Strategy Planning & Performance Management Office
The Strategy Planning & Performance Management Office provides strategic direction for the Tourism and Culture sectors and monitors the sector’s performance and sets benchmarks based on its extensive studies and research. The office oversees the development of strategic and detailed business plans and coordinates the development of these with all TCA Sectors .It also directs and monitors the process of identifying Key Performance Indicators relevant to strategic planning and preparation of performance management reports for the overall Sectors.

Hotels Reports & Statistics
TCA Abu Dhabi operates an online revenue and statistics system for all the emirate’s hotel establishments to submit their revenue and guest statistics data. This information is used by the Authority to produce performance reports including statistics for guests, guest nights, room nights, occupancy, average length of stay and revenue. The statistics provide the Authority and our key stakeholders with valuable insights into the current performance of Abu Dhabi’s tourism industry and assist in the development of visitor and guest strategies.
